Weekly or every other week, billed monthly. Same day every time, so you always know when we're coming — and a text before we arrive if you want one.
Moving in, moving out, or things got away from you. No judgment — we've seen worse, and we'll reset the whole yard in one visit.
The big one. After a WNY winter, everything the snow hid comes back at once. We clear it all so you can start the season fresh.

No. As long as we can reach the yard, you don't need to be there. Most customers are at work when we come. If you have a locked gate, just share the code or leave it unlocked on your service day.
We bag it and take it with us — it never goes in your bin unless you ask us to. Disposal is included in your price.
For everyone's safety we ask that dogs be inside during the visit. If that's not possible, let us know — we'll work with you on the details.
Yes. We service through the WNY winter whenever the yard is workable. After a heavy snow or ice event we may run behind or skip to the next visit — we'll always let you know rather than leave you guessing. Many customers pause over winter and book a spring thaw cleanup instead.
No contracts. Recurring service continues until you tell us to stop, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Recurring service — weekly or every other week — is billed monthly. One-time and spring thaw cleanups are quoted up front and paid per job. We accept credit and debit cards only.
Call or text us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no charge. That's the whole policy.
